Its a good time to be a blazer OR raptor fan right now ! Both have a long run ahead of them ! Whats up with Bargianni (sp?) alot of people are not real happy with how he is developing? that true?

Happy bday man! Bargnani is a poor-mans Dirk, he could be really good, or he could suck. And the Blazors definently have the most talented team in the league, but so did the Knicks a few years ago, and well, thats whats said about them every year, "well the Knicks have a lot of talent in this team" So we'll see how that pans out. And the Raptors are gonna need JO to be healthy, which he never has been? I didnt like Calderons playing in the Olympics either, his shooting looked worse then it did two years ago.

I didnt like Calderons playing in the Olympics either, his shooting looked worse then it did two years ago. i think we need to give bargnani a few years to develop. we'll have to revisit this in 2010/2011 or so. i can't wait to see the blazers in a couple of years. they're DEFINITELY going to the playoffs this year, but they'll need some experience before they can go deep. i see a first round exit. i give them maybe 2/3 years before we're talking finals contenders. as for JO, i'm starting to believe he's as healthy as he says. if he is, watch out east. if not, the raptors will have a big expiring contract in the summer of 2010, so no huge loss. i didn't see calderon in the olympics. i heard he was pretty good, but i don't really know. was he that bad?

oh I see JO is Jermaine O'Neal. Yeah Portland is also going to have huge cap room after Raef LaFrentz is off the books

Calderon was awful in the games I saw, he was one of the worst against the redeem team Didnt get one bucket as far as I noticed. I like Calderon, but one of the things he needs to work on is his jumper, and that was non existant during the Olympics (the games I saw).

Thats the thing, his first season really getting some games in, in Toronto, he had a awful shot, and he has developed that pretty nicely, but the Olympics looked like a step back for me, in the shooting category. He made some unecessary mistakes too, in the NBA he's one of the PGs with the best assist to turnover ratio?
