It's absolutely marvellous.
Fortunately, I got stuck in traffic on the way to work today so have had time to listen to it 3 times in the car, and I love it. Lots of 80s pop vibes going on (especially Under Your Skin, which reminds me loads of New Order's Temptation in every possible good way, and Turtledove wouldn't sound out of place on Songs From the Big Chair). Can't wait for the album!

I think I like Heroin(e) most. Sweet Chariot sounds a bit different from the myspace version I think.

you know....i don't mean to criticize or anything, but adding a "My" to "Jerusalem" really doesn't help in eliminating the dozens of shite Christian music albums that pop up when i search for this EP on iTunes. it kind of gets on my tits a bits. they should've went with "My Non-Christian Affiliated Jerusalem"....and they could've hiply shortened it to MNCAJ. you know...like QOTSA and NIN and things like such.
anyfuck....i found it and stuff....so that's what matters i guess.

Available to download from tomorrow from all good digital outlets (and probably one or two shite ones as well) - Amazon UK have it here for just shy of four quid. hurray! what a shame i dont buy download-only releases! adorata and this. never mind. i haven't read this thread at all, and ive only heard one of the songs they've done.. but i would still go into a shop and buy it. is it out on any proper format? is it coming out? sorry, i really cant be bothered to read this thread properly.

The EP is limited to 1000 proper copies, and is being sold on the current US/Canada tour. Maybe the surplus'll go on sale to the rest of us, but they should all sell out on the road if the audiences pay any attention...

...and you can buy hard, 3-dimensional copies of the CD direct from the lovely types at 00:02:59 records here for US$3.98 - shipping to blighty is another $5. Bit of a shame that the US$ rate is so wanky at the moment (as it works out at almost 7 quid), but it's worth it. Definitely.

Nice little interview thingy, complete with a single solitary comment so far that suggests that the commenter hasn't really been paying attention to anything that anyone's been saying. And as I've gone over the page, a quick repeat of the linky for an actual purchasable CD of this. And even if you choose not to buy, the promo text is a good read if only for the mention of jaunty horn line tugging.

Sounds a bit like him, but it's probably Jeff again as he sounds very Laneganesque in his lower register (see The 19th Hole on The Hustler for further evidence of this).

It sounds more like Klein to me on "Under Your Skin," though I'm no expert on these matters.
I still think it's Mark on "Bury It Low."

What's Twitter? Anyway, Sleepwalking is my favourite My Jerusalem song, love it.
Speaking of Hit The Lights and Bury It, when I got them Hit The Lights was already tagged (w/ Mark Lanegan), Bury It wasn't. Doesn't have to mean anything but maybe...

Sleepwalking reminds me of Blondie's Heart of Glass Twitter is this - sort of social networking thingy but each post is limited to 140 characters. You may have noticed that I waffle a lot, so I really struggle with this. It's kinda fun though, even if most people on there are just selling crap. Here's me on it. The most revelatory thing on Twitter I have so far read is Maggie Philbin ( I may be the only person here who knows who she is) confessing that she doesn't like Glasvegas.
