I think this topic should just disappear...someone work your magic! One way to get it to disappear is to have people stop replying to it...then it wouldn't keep going to the top. But I guess I had to reply to it to say this...and and this post may encourage more posts instead of stopping them. Time will tell I guess.

why don't we just stop replying and delete our old posts instead? The thread will impolode! Because if we continue it has the potential to become an epic case study in the right to bear arms.

You dudes need to lighten up. I, Dark Mannequin, NEVER implied any "molestation" in the original post. It was purely satirical and addresses 2 issues inherent in Mr. Lanegan's past: one being his "Troubled Teens" and two, his past drug pleasures. If the intent was to try to find an heir to Michael Jackson and his perverse behavior at Neverland Ranch, there are certainly more fitting "fallen" celebrities that come to mind - R Kelly, Roman Polanski, Fatty Arbuckle, etc etc...
Mark William Lanegan is a true American icon who should be embraced like Bono. A smart-assed athlete who found out he could sing. A poet, a story-teller, cool, moody, suave and DeBoner. A man whose greatest accomplishment is survival, traveling to hell and back, a reluctant celebrity, angel and devil rolled into one. Coming this Spring, catch Val Kilmer in the Mark Lanegan story...........
Lighten up you F**K's.

Embraced like Bono? Ewwww. I wouldn't wish that upon Lanegan.... cuz I doubt he'd want it.

Is that like, word of the day or something? I hate replying to such an old post that we were trying to make disappear, but I had too good of a laugh when I scrolled down and saw that picture! I'm just catching up on some old posts, I've not been online in a while.
