There's a promo doing the rounds at the mo - Your Kisses Burn: Mark Lanegan & Beth Orton (produced by Alain Johannes), out 15-08-2015.
Is there a Marc Almond tribute album on the way?

So...I have it on good authority that there will be a split 7 inch with a 12 inch interview picture disc with Mark in conversation being released on vinyl. Not mine to say anything more, but that is what I was told.

Good god. Someone paid £32 (about $50 using eBay's less-than-generous exchange rate) for this. Thirty two quid. For one song. One song that will be on sale for a lot less in 1 month.

is there any way for someone in the US to get the song with Beth in lossless format ? I see it on various sites but they aren't open to the USA.

Does anybody know if this will ever get a proper (non-digital) release? And why was the original release cancelled in the first place?

We will not. This song was going to be pressed to vinyl with some form of coffee table book that Heavenly was making for Record Store Day 2017 (if I recall), but the plans for the book got scrapped and then so did the vinyl, so it only exists in a digital world.

Cameron it's not exactly like that... I've the promo CD single... And it's hard to find...
