Elton John is playing 2 shows on Prince Edward Island September 14 & 15. The first show sold out so quick that he added a second one, and it has just sold out as well. I got a ticket to the second show

I'll see what I can do. Depends if Obama invokes the 14th Amendment, whatever that means. Even money god's don't quite understand the global economy. Shit got complicated these past few centuries.
No promises but I think you'll see your Van Tegenwoordig.

Bumbershoot and Musicfest NW are coming up...Bumbershoot is going to be good, packed with local talent, but Musicfest is going to be MEGA. I've gone the past couple years and had a great time, but I am climbing the walls in excitement for it this year.

Just a rumour about the owners of the Casbah & This Ain't Hollywood in Hamilton attempting to book a Mudhoney show on one of their off days surrounding Pearl Jam's Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton & Winnipeg dates. Hopefully it amounts to something. Fingers crossed. they're playing the fucking horseshoe next month!

Neither can I.
Apparently any chance of a Hamilton Mudhoney show fell through since Pearl Jam's Hamilton concert isn't sold out yet. Which doesn't make a lick of sense to me whatsoever.

Probably because they're $83. Tool cost 60 at Copps and didn't sell out (it's a big place).

I didn't buy those tickets yet, bought a fridge instead, but my sister got us a very sweat deal on DJVT tickets for this saturday! 13 bucks a ticket yay As soon as I get paid this sunday I'll buy those other tickets. It seems the offerings I brought, worked.

Just bought tix to Chris Cornell acoustic in Cleveland. ;D Just saw Cornell play acoustic 2 nights back to back in Melbourne. Both shows were highly memorable, he was on fire, and treated us to some very rare tunes. You will no doubt enjoy.

Blitzen Trapper on Friday <3 It's kind of appalling, I haven't been to a show in 2 months (the last one? Also Blitzen Trapper). I've had so many lined up, and my bosses keep fucking with my schedule at work, so I've had to cancel on at least 10 shows :/ GAAAAHHHHHHH.
But Blitzen Trapper will make it all better.

Probably because they're $83. Tool cost 60 at Copps and didn't sell out (it's a big place). Wow wish I could pay that small amount to see PJ - our gigs are very expensive here seeing Jane Birkin $85 and Elbow $90 in March (both in very small venues) but most o/s bands range from $60 - $100 with the 'big' bands/entertainers $100 + I did pay $110 to see Eddie in March this year but if I like a band then usually I will pay
