Picked it up this morning and it sounds great. I'd love for a digital release also since I listen to more music outside of my house.

I was out walking by the water in the rain yesterday when a friend messaged me the news. That seemed to be an appreciate place to sit and take in the devastating news. Despite being a Mad Season and Qotsa fan for even longer, I only got into Mark's solo and other projects around 2011. That was the perfect time though as he started releasing albums like crazy not too long after and I've been hooked to it all ever since. Knowing that I'll never see him live again is unreal.
Haven't listened to another voice since yesterday.

I saw that the other day and was wondering the same thing.
I miss seeing Barrett play live, he was so much fun watching when he was drumming for Walking Papers.

Cool, would be nice to have this by Xmas. I've been seeing other people post it on social media so I was wondering what the deal was.

Has anybody who ordered in the States received their shipping notification yet? I haven't and I'm pretty sure this released yesterday. I ordered off Rough Trade and haven't heard a thing yet.

That's not a bad price to ship seven albums.
Dark City, Dead Man is my favorite song of theirs.

Damn I had no idea, that's so cool.
I never heard of Liv before this but she has one hell of a voice.

This is so awesome. I know Cult of Luna may not be for everyone here but I dig them and it's cool to see Mark on something different.

Didn't see this one coming, not a fan of Xmas music but I dug the first one.

I don't mind it. Not the best thing he's done in the past few years but not the worst.

With that said, I like the 2nd half of the new record much better than the 1st, starting with Stockholm City Blues. I'm hoping the 1st half grows on me over time. I agree that the second half is stronger than the first. Although I do like the entire album and I think it's the best album Mark has put out in a long time. Really enjoying At Zero Below at the moment with that middle eastern feel to it.

Just got email from Amazon saying they are having difficulty obtaining the item. Do I cancel and go somewhere else? I would in normal times go to the two big record stores in town to pick up a copy. Its pretty shit of Amazon when I pre ordered more than a month ago. I also ordered a month ago off Amazon and recently got an email saying it wasn't arriving today but May 12th. I'm hoping it sticks to that but at least if it doesn't I won't be surprised, just pissed.

Anyone know if there will be a 2020 US tour? He's opening for the Avett Brothers on July 12th at Red Rocks. No clue what his other plans are yet.

I like it...good to hear some old school rocking... Ditto. Not sure how he got in touch with Morton in the first place but it's cool how Mark and Mike Inez are both on this album.

I don't use Twitter so I didn't see the post but every time I've seen Mark he's done them after the shows by the merch booth if that's what he meant.

I thought this was the best his band has sounded. Duke mentioned something about finally getting a visa so hopefully he's around on future MLB tours over here in the states.

Death's Head Tattoo The Gravedigger's Song Riot in My House No Bells on Sunday Hit the City Emperor Nocturne Goodbye to Beauty Beehive Ode to Sad Disco Harborview Hospital Deepest Shade Harvest Home Floor of the Ocean One Hundred Days Head Methamphetamine Blues
One Way Street The Killing Season Love Will Tear Us Apart
What a show. The band sounded absolutely incredible and the new songs sounded so great live. Nine of the twenty songs I had never seen performed before so that was a treat. Jeff seemed to really be rocking the fuck out this tour compared to the last few times I've seem him.
Oh, and Head is such a rocker live!
