The page loads just fine for me. If my pictures are too big I'll take themdown That door leads to a secret little pond deep down in the hills where in the old days the villagers drowned their first born to ensure good crops. Or something. Here's my garden ;D

Foz...I'm intrigued by the little door in the hill The big photos are from Alderley Edge near where I live - the little door used to lead to a cobalt mine at the base of the hill which dates to the 19th century before it all got a bit dangerous (the Edge itself is comprised of sandstone so bits keep collapsing and falling off it). It's been part of local legend for several hundred years, and is reputed to be where Merlin and the Knights of the Round Table sleep. If I can get up there this weekend, I'll get a couple of shots of Merlin's Well which was supposedly carved about AD400 ish, and the water still flows from an underground stream.

That's the beautiful thing about Europe... I would never have a story like that. It would've gotten torn down and turned into a damn parking lot, or something ridiculous like that.

That sounds like an excellent day out, Foz! I'm in England this summer travelling through mid England. If this is anywhere in that area I will try and find it. I love searching for ages to find cool stuff like this. Wales 2003:
