"Den 11. Time" (The 11th Hour) was a pretty odd talkshow, and this is one of the best episodes. David Lynch talking primarily about transcendental meditation. I know nothing about meditation, but I'm intrigued. Or maybe just hypnotised by his handgestures...

I love David Lynch. Did you ever see him in Twin Peaks when he played a very hard-of-hearing FBI agent? It was such a great comical role. I see what you mean about the hand gestures....very alluring. I'm no expert, but it seems that Transcendental Meditation has a reputation for being cult-ish. There's a huge movement/religion that goes with it that's to be avoided (unless that's what you're looking for). But if you can just do the meditation part, go for it. Thanks for sharing that interview, it was very interesting.
