note - in london, they came out about 40mins after what everyone was hoping/expecting... the band sauntered onto the stage, mark walked up to the microphone and said, quite simply... 'good things are worth waiting for' i think the set for london was exactly the same, except message to mine was added... oh, and shelly brown CAN sing. she's got a good voice, and come to me was great last night. i couldn't believe people were booing before the band came onstage. outrageous. the setlist was the same as mk with the addition of message to mine. and yes, shelly can sing. london was the best of the shows i saw, although leeds was pretty good too.

i hate you all
i hope the whole band is carrying some horrible contagious disease
so anyone who sees them catches it
this also goes for twilight singers
bollocks.

So this is awesome... I just found out that the Eagles of Death Metal are playing in Seattle on 10/13 and then Mark will be here the following day. Sweeeeet. I still miss the old board though.

the message board was the only worthwhile thing about that site period......any good news was always found out from somewhere else, like this site for example. ahh well 2 nights in portland and maybe a seattle gig should do the trick for me

totally off topic, but Lava, it says under your name that you are now a 'junior member' instead of a new member. how fun is that? I was wondering what it took to change catagories - actually, I guess I still don't know, but at least I know there ARE some catagories.

I wouldn't have known if it werent for the leadership of ole Mr. G.! I curtsey to him. It takes 50 posts to get there..I'm thinking 100 is the next star, but what title awaits? Very intriguing.

I'm going to Chicago and Detroit show... and dragging along a few lucky friends. ...and yes I realize how insanely blessed I'll be to see two acoustic solo shows. These will be my first solo shows, even. I usually dream about this stuff and now I get to live it.

When do you suppose it's time to give up on further dates and make travel arrangements? The two lonely Midwest dates are getting close...

Buttercup, you should go ahead and make them now. I just don't foresee any additional venues being added to the North American tour.
(Geographically speaking, you're a hell of a lot closer than I am to a show. So, be grateful for that.)

I just don't foresee any additional venues being added to the North American tour. Don't say that. I'm still hoping for a Toronto date between Detroit & Philly.
