You guys are terrific. Felix, i am in love with this one. The colours are amazing, the style is just fabulous. God i wish i could draw. At all. This is all i have to show (well, all i will show). it is a silver-etch, you know, one of those drawings you make on black paper and when you scratch it it comes up silvery. It's foil or something, i dunno. I made this for my friend V, after we had to close our AIC board due to trolls and other dickheads. After this one we started a new one called Little Pink Cloud and kept that up and running for 5 years. I totally loved the place. And i totally love my friend   Aw Lungs! I never saw this. I love it!!! I miss V and the old board. I wish that band didn't attract such lowlifes and NASTY ppl.  |

Very cool paintings! Lately I've mostly used drawing ink (or whatever it's called...) just to practice and hopefully improve my drawing skills. The look sort of captivated me, and - well - now I can't stop  . This one of the Russian writer Daniil Kharms turned pretty good (if I may say so myself )  |

And it's so amazing what black and white can do! Looks like a fun thing to do, was it very difficult to make?? |

Thank you I love this black and white thing! It's really interesting to see what you can do with so little. I'm drawing from black and white pictures, so that makes it easier. I just have it on the computer and sketching it on paper with a pencil to get the proportions right, and a sense of whih parts are black and which are white. And then the colour brush-ink-thing. It takes a while (this one probably took about 6-8 hours), but it's not too difficult. I've made a few more. Thank you both! I blush. Yes, photo-ing those buggers is a challenge! Especially with a point-and-shoot - I dream of having an SLR someday, digital or film, I don't care (I love film, but it's getting impractical). Please do let me know, Frauleinkiil, when you've got prints figured out. I'll keep wall space reserved.
