I tabbed this listening to a live version of the song.
chords (at least in the verses) are picked not strummed.
I think there's another chord towards the end of the chorus that I can't (be bothered to) figure out right out.
suggestions are welcome...

normally i work an A into the mix in the chorus, so that it goes Bm -->A -->G -->A -->Bm
but it makes little difference...
that chord at the end might just be F#m, but that's just because i love that chord.
