The NBC show "the Blacklist" just played "Killing Season". It was at the start of the last episode, season 3 ep 15 'Drexel' in a scene where a character was apparently murdered.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet - the search engine didn't spit anything up - but Josh Homme wrote the score for 'In The Fade,' the new film by Turkish-German film maker Fatih Akin. The film just premiered at Cannes and will see International distribution. The official trailer features Mark Lanegan.

It says about this video - "Mark Lanegan's as yet unreleased and untitled track, as heard over the end credits in Season 1, Episode 12 of Netflix's original series 'Bloodline'." www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmJlTBq26tY

He told me a couple of years ago that the clip was called 'Bloodline' and he wrote it specifically for the show, there is no full song.

The Bloodline song can be streamed/purchased as an MP3 from Amazon (at least Amazon UK).
As said though it was just a short piece for the show and only clocks in at 1:29.

For any casual gamers out there, the title track from The Winding Sheet is featured somewhat briefly in The Last of Us Part 2 (a masterpiece of a game). Pretty cool use of the song too, fit the scene perfectly.

I dont know lol...so I wasn't sure if it was just the name of an item or of the song actually played. any video of the scene you could share?

No luck yet. Correct though, the game is set in a not so distant post-apocalyptic future. The character in the scene enters an abandoned Aquarium looking for her friend (in Seattle, no less), and the song is playing on her friend's radio/jukebox. Somewhat related, the game has heavy emphasis on a Pearl Jam tune (Future Days). The Black Angels' Young Man Dead is also featured toward the end of the game. Clearly the director has good taste in music. I'm not a fan of the aforementioned PJ song, but it's used very eloquently in the game. Can't say enough good things about he game itself.
