Does anyone know who will be selling the tickets for the show at the Espy on 9 July???

The Corner Hotel gig has sold out already , so are we to assume the ticket sales in Adelaide were so poor they cancelled?? If so, shame on you croweaters! Ticketek website saying they will be selling tickets but the Espy website says their tickets are sold thru Oztix. Perhaps you will be able to buy tickets thru both distributors. on sale Tues 1 June.

and his support for the tour is Amaya Laurcirica. The article says "support", but I'm guessing they mean opening act. Is Dave Rosser still playing the guitar for this tour?

whats the difference between support and opening act?

i think support sometimes refers to the band/musicians that are playing with the headliner when he is on stage, but i think it is also okay to call the opening act "support"

I was at the Auckland show last night, and the above does not even begin to capture what an asshole that guy was, there were times (few, but still) when he actually drowned out Marks voice with his disgustingly out of tune and barbaric 'singing'. Complete and utter cunt.
Apart from that, fucking amazing show. First time seeing Mark live and my mind was blown.

Long-time lurker, sometime commenter here!
I was at the Wellington show, Bar Bodega on Friday, and it was my first time see The Man Himself. He played an amazing set, people giving Mark and Dave heaps of love, and Lanegan seemed genuinely touched by our applause. He was also positively chatty, thanking the crowd profusely between songs, introducing Dave Rosser to the crowd, and bidding us a fond adieu.
That voice of his, it just cuts to the quick, it truly is an amazing instrument. I've never heard anything quite like it. Although he stands stock-still, he puts a lot of himself into the songs and sings in a very raw and honest way. As you can tell, I was blow right the fuck away and my fandom has deepened a ton.
