It's more a case of it being an excuse to travel about meeting up and hanging out with friends in an atmosphere of good music than hoping for a unique show at every gig, to be honest. I completely understand.

Actually, I had tickets to that very show & never ended up going.
I sure waste a lot of money that way.

If you guys had the chance to go see a The Doors of the 21th Century-show, would you go see them?? I'd go to see a Doors in the 25th Century show, but that's because I still have saucy flashbacks about Wilma Deering's sparkly blue catsuits.

TONIGHT...Mark Lanegan
10/25 - PJ Harvey
and I live in the land of gigs...problem is, they're a lot more expensive here...
hence, you just can't see them all and am therefore, sadly missing the Twilight Singers show on 10/27

Added the Manchester Lanegan show (27th) to my list. Fortunately it's a Saturday, so I can walk home in the wrong direction all I want

i saw them both once in my backyard. it was so great...they did a regular set, then they did a set of all Captain & Tennille songs....it was so sweet.
keep in mind....this might've been a dream, but i doubt it.
