I'm thinking of having a tattoo on a whim, although I haven't decided which whim to have it put on. Ah bugger it, I'll do both

Bah - Christian (and particularly Gospel) lyrics and imagery have been the staple of the blues since its inception. And I'm not arsed if Lanegan believes or otherwise (and it's none of our business if he does or not) so long as he keeps putting out good songs. It's only if he went in a Donnie Davis and Evening Service direction that I'd start getting uppity about it

Sweetie, you like anything by Nina Simone yeah... but she rocked more than loads of actual bands... ask Dulli about "Black is the color of my true love's hair".

Well give me his number and I'll ask him. And I'll ask him what bedtime story Mark wants Greg to tell him every night. I'm curious like that.
