Gutter Twins - Saturnalia and Adorata Wovenhand - Ten Stone (probably my favorite album of the year so far) Joe Henry - Civilians (although it came out in the last half of last year, I didn't pick it up until this year) Madrugada - Madrugada Daniel Lanois - Here is What Is (not sure I would suggest it to someone who isn't already a fan of his, though)

its an amazing journey, and a daring album from one of the eldest dinosaurs of rock who's star is almost extinguished, they could have released painkiller 2 and made some big bucks....

This year has been pretty boring to my ears....
Opeth - Watershed. I really didn't like it when I got it, but it's okay I guess. Heir Apparent is one of the better songs they've made in a while...

But it's better than no thinks, I guess oh those albums aren't in order. unless you're listen to one genre exclusively it's really apples and oranges so just put them in alphabetic order with the bolded once as my ultimate favorites. i think i'm gonna add the new Dead Confederate record too if it doesn't grow old then next few listens...

I dont think it's "apples and oranges", and/but i 'm quite eclectic also... I Like or Not. My mind is my guide. In assume my choices when others could say it's rubbish, but if i like, i have no problem... Then I love both albums (we talk about), but truly this year, nothing transcended me

hmmm... lemmesee heere... other than the new fucked up, which is awesome, really i ain't got much. saturnalia and the new nick cave were pretty good, as was the virginia EP the national released, but i dunno....
oh yeah and the new mars volta kicked ass, kinda puzzled as to why i didn't put that in there... nevertheless, i still indeed dunno.
