Yeah it's live, I think it's from a London show, but I can't find the relevant information now.

So has anyone bothered to buy this yet?
Just wondering what the live tracks are like before I download them. After all, I already bought this album once, and that is enough thanks.

Mine's just popped through the letterbox. Off to work now so will give it a spin tonight.
It has to be said that the new packaging - a sort of hardback-book affair with the discs stuck in the two inside covers - is gorgeous. The cover pic's the same as the original though, as opposed to the North American version's alternate image.

Should also be pointed out that the live song she does from The Proper Bloody Wicker Man And Not That Dreadful Piece Of Toss That Nicolas Cage And Some Bees Were In is stunning. Even better then the Go! Team's version. Lovely lovely lovely lovely.
I'm going to have to watch it now ;D

I gave in today - passed my original copy of SADD to a mate and bought the extra disc. I enjoyed it on the day and it still sounds good now. Pity it's not longer and pity Isobel failed to learn the words to Sand!

yip, i did the same, shame on the penny squeezing record company. anyhoo don't mind passing on the original album and the expanded version was only 13 euro. carry home and sand on the tracklisting made my mind up. its not a disgrace by any means but its definitely underwhelming. mark sounds like he's sleepwalking his way through most of it and, to echo ken's sentiment above, izzy flubbing your lines is not funny, assuming you want to be more joan wasser than britney spears. ramblin man is great fun live though, as i'd expected. one major complaint is the lack of liner notes for the live disc, terrible that jeffrey pierce (not to mention lee hazelwood and hank williams!) arent acknowledged. i was half thinking of going to primavara next month to see them and giant sand but i think i'll just save the money for drugs for the gutter twins's two dates here in january
