I don't believe it is. The album's been available for download from iTunes etc for a couple of months now, and nobody's mentioned it yet. Also, Patrick Conner has been confused for Mark before (there was a thread about Valis' Skylight Myrical on their Champions' of Magic record, which also turned out to be Patrick). He's definitely not mentioned in the album's official credits. Jack Endino is though, which is nice. You should buy the album anyway, as Valis are very good

Foz has beaten me to it - I don't believe it either. There's plently of reviews on the net and no mention of Lanegan.

indeed. no mention of lanegan from valis or van, and he's had videos and pics online from the recording sessions..

obviously he would be a plus, but even without, I will def buy the album someday, seen Valis live 5x in the past and always great stuff..
