Well you can pretty much cover New Zealand in two or three dates. You hit Gondor, Rohan, and maybe Rivendell and then you're done.

It's cool that's he's extending this acoustic tour to other parts of the world. Maybe he'll hit Seattle or Los Angeles before it's all said and done.

ffrom frontiertouring.com:
Mark Lanegan adds 2nd show in Melbourne! Adelaide show cancelled.
Following the rapid sale of tickets for Mark Lanegan's Melbourne performance, a second Melbourne show will be taking place on Friday 9 July at The Esplanade Hotel's Gershwin Room.
The upcoming winter tour, Lanegan's first solo appearance since 2004, will see him perform songs from his notable back catalogue which includes time spent with Screaming Trees and Queens of The Stone Age.
With shows taking place at a series of smaller venues, fans will have the opportunity to experience Mark Lanegan's unique breed of rock and immense stage presence at its best in an intimate environment, but get your ticket now to avoid disappointment.
The second Melbourne show will be on sale from Tuesday 1 June, 9am local time. Tickets to Brisbane, Sydney and Perth are available now.
Mark Lanegan's Adelaide performance, initially scheduled for Friday 9 July has been cancelled. Ticket holders should seek a refund from their original point of purchase.

I HAVE gotten confirmation of the added Melbourne show and canceled Adelaide. There WILL be festivals, but I don't have any confirmed (by Mark's management) dates yet - hopefully very soon. Also, I do have confirmed dates with Isobel (London and Paris), with more coming soon. Everything should be on the tours page now.
