very cool, though kind of odd that they're playing that album fully on the last show of the Dynamite Steps tour.

the thing about blackberry belle...it is probably one of the greatest albums, start to finish, that I have ever heard. I have no problem saying "the greatest" instead of "one of my favorites" because while it is my favorite, i think if this album was heard by a great number of people, they would also agree. Some of my favorite albums, i would not consider the greatest albums ever; they are albums I myself enjoy, but i understand Mark Lanegan, for example, is not everyone's cup of tea. Blackberry Belle, is quite simply one great album. I envy every single one of you who will be able to attend this show.

For the record, I'm not a Dulli fan. Apollonia had to cancel due to injury or something. I only went for Lanegan. My friend has video of Number Nine, but she wasnt able to get Boogie Boogie. That song is pretty killer live. Video/Pictures will eventually be posted, but dont hold your breath. Attachments:

Is Mark wearing a suit? With a peaked cap?

Mark was wearing a suit with a baseball cap on. And he swayed a lil to Boogie Boogie. it was adorable.
And yes, the event was being filmed.

Don't get the kiddies hopes up with mention of the event being filmed. A number of TS shows have been filmed, never to see the light of day. We can but hope, but ....

so, miracle you sat through 2 hours of Twilight Singers but "you were only there for Lanegan" did you achieve any greater understanding of Dulli and his greatness? I felt the same way as you did the first time I saw TS and man what a showman ...sorry this isn't Greg's board so I'll stop it
but you forgot to mention Mark also sang backups on God's Children and also sang Live with Me as well as Boogie Boogie in the 2nd set

I mentioned Boogie Boogie.
I'm not a Dulli fan. I've missed Twilight singers/Gutter Twins before because I just don't like Greg Dulli. Yes, there was no greater understanding of his supposed greatness by me.
Basically, 23 dollars to hear Mark sing Boogie Boogie= my moneys worth. Along with him doing backing vocals.
I still have yet to post marquee photos, setlist images, more Lanegan pictures, etc.
I currently dont have a functioning camera, so my friend was courteous enough to get all of the above. I dont have it on my harddrive, but should post it eventually.
