that's the order they were played I believe Crawlspace is really rocking. We waited with Carambaroz afterwards but Mark got out by another door (but he'll end up signing that Dog Train book ;D )

And by the way, a festival date in France should be announced soon. I have no info but my dream would be les Nuits de Fourviere with a proper headline show in an old Roman theater ;D

And by the way, a festival date in France should be announced soon. I have no info but my dream would be les Nuits de Fourviere with a proper headline show in an old Roman theater ;D "Should be" or "Will be"? ;D Would love Rock en Seine, already got my 3 days ticket ^^ As for the TV show, oh my gooooooooddddd! I was mesmerized! Mark was just in front of me, that was awesoooommme! The sound, perfect! These blue lights, perfect! The guitar player is awesome! (And I went to the Union Chapel, so I'm used to awesomeness!) Everything was perfect except the fact they played only 7 songs, but that was expectable, when I saw Sonic Youth there 3 years ago they didn't play more. As I was alone and am so shy I didn't speak to anyone, I left just after the show, so I'm glad Mark didn't appear ;D But I'm sad for those who waited, I met SY the last time and that was great, didn't know there was another way out.

The guitar player is awesome! For sure one of the best that I've seen with Mark. He looks a lot like Robert De Niro Crawlspace and the Gravedigger's song was so powerful. I hope that Canal + will air the whole show and not only the Blues Funeral Song but I'm sure everyone here will be amazed by the show anyway.

For Sonic Youth, in L'album de la Semaine there was only 5 out of 7 songs, but I managed to find the whole show on the Net.

They often play only 5 songs the first time and do a replay with all of them on another Canal channel later.

Maybe it will "appear" on youtube like most of the sessions from this show.

If I'm reading that correctly, the half hour show will be broadcast on 10th March?

Honestly, Rock en Seine is a very cool festival, Mark probably wouldn"t play the main stage so it's not so crowded. The sound is far to be perfect and the gigs are a bit short, but being in the forest is great. I'd love to have also a real gig, but that's a good start. What festivals did you do Maidli?

I took on myself but a lot... I'm agoraphobic. And i hate to wait an all day long into crowd just for seeing someone i love playing 30 minutes only. This.

He probably will play around 50 minutes (well, that's not a lot, I admit). I'm scared of crowds too, especially as I often go to gigs alone. But really you don't have to wait all day to have a good place at Rock en Seine, for QOTSA I was there 3 hours early but that was for the main stage AND the first row, because I am scared of pogos and love to have the barrier near me For Mark I think it would be ok to arrive at the end of the previous band.

Well, if you don't live near Paris and like nobody else on the line up, indeed it's not worthwhile.
