I finally got around to buying this CD on ebay, but it didn't come with a booklet. It's a gatefold package (no plastic case) and it looks like there is a place for a book to go.
Does anyone know if there is supposed to be a booklet included that has pics or song information? If so, I'd love it if someone could scan it for me...
