Has anyone heard this track that's done under the Mark Lanegan 'Band' guise?
If so what's the general consensus on it and is it worth getting?

Split 7" with whoever did the original (at work, I forget) other lot do Deep Black Vanishing Train (I think, see earlier brackets!). Worth getting, latter better than the former IMO

Not sure if it's still available, but the vinyl single has whomadewho covering mark lanegan deep black vanishing train. I think I preferred the deep black vanishing train cover better than the MLB song, but both are okay.

I thought "Under the Cherry Moon" sounded off, while also wondering why I don't have it. That would be a terrible Prince movie, and of course I have this single.

It's in the discography on the main site under collaborations, as well.

The MP3 version of both songs is also available on Amazon.com.

If you like moody music perfect for a gray, autumnal evening (and if you're on this site, I think you'd have to be, ), then in my opinion, both of these songs are essential.

I thought it was a great track....very different sound from what Mark has been putting out the last few years.
