That link redirects me to the US Amazon page where it says the 28th, so perhaps it got pushed back for your country?

As usual, I've refused to listen to any samples or read any "reviews." White vinyl is arriving tomorrow and I'll form my own opinion...any improvement over Phantom Radio will be a plus.

Didn't care for gargoyle at all on first listen but I'm coming around on it. At least I like it better than phantom radio now, which is admittingly a fairly low threshold

After a few listens and besides Blue Blue Sea, I really dig Gargoyle. OK, Mark's music is now full of keyboards and no more in the vein of Whiskey For The Holy Ghost or Field Songs. But you can't expect the guy to do the same thing for 20 years. First Day Of Winter & Goodbye to Beauty could have easily featured on previous album back before this Phantom Radio era.
I don't know what gothic or electronica really mean but there are some really solid (both singles, Drunk in Destruction, Death Head Tattoo) even catchy (Emperor) songs in it. Old Swan is the best song I have heard in a while and surely the perfect closer to this masterpiece.

I really like Old Swan too. Every time I hear the way he sings the word "clean", it takes me straight back to the close of Field Songs, and hearing him sing the word "fix". Refrains from opposite ends of a spectrum.
As someone mentioned above, I didn't like Blue Blue Sea. But after more listens, I can't think why I didn't like it. Love this record.

I've listened to this album five times now and I'm digging it, Phantom Radio part two but whatever. Emperor reminds me of an Iggy Pop song. Death's Head, Emperor, Drunk on Destruction, and Old Swan are my current standout favorites but that'll change the more I listen to the album.
Spotify FTW, Amazon changed my status yesterday from May 5th to unknown.

Anyone with a vinyl edition out there? I also want to buy the vinyl edition, but before I will do it, I want to get sure about the digital content. Anyone download the digital files already? I just want to know: which format files are offered? Just mp3 files or any other formats like wave or flac files? Thanks

I've only listened through twice so far but this will definitely require multiple listens to really absorb. Wasn't really taken with Goodbye to Beauty like I thought I'd be but First Day of Winter is fucking gorgeous, really love the imagery and mood. Add me to the list of Old Swan fans too. Emperor is not as pop as folks made it out to be, it's cool, sounds like a QOTSA song. Sister is grabbing me now too.

Received the vinyl from SRC but still haven't listening to anything...they sent me black vinyl instead of the white vinyl I ordered. Not acceptable. They did respond promptly to my email, are looking into it and will get back to me.

Just listening to it for the first time and overwhelmed by its general oddness. I think I like it,although I'm not on the whole a huge fan of electronica.
I wonder why other than Lexinginton Slowdown he rarely uses a pianist?

They did respond promptly to me as well, but I'm holding off on playing it or downloading my digital copy until they resolve this. It's very frustrating, and the second time this has happened to me recently.

Bought the CD on release day, Friday.
Listened to it today for first time and I quite like it. Goodbye to Beauty and Old Swan are two that stuck out on first listen, but I knew Nocturne and Beehive already.
A couple of songs sounded a bit like they could have been on Phantom Radio though.
