Just a quick note for those would-be members - READ the page you get when you sign up. It says you need to leave a message right there, or send an email to the main website to prove you are not a spammer. I have been getting a lot of sign-ups that look legit to me, but because I get no message from you, I don't approve you. After a month, I delete your request.
Sorry for this, but we had too much spam on the board. So if you're waiting and wondering why I don't approve you, please send me a message when you sign up, or an email from the same address you used to sign up! It is far easier and faster if you leave the message right there on your sign up screen, but email does work. Just please send me something, and something relevant (I can't tell if a random line about loving whiskey is a joke or just a spammer who doesn't know what the board is about! And yes, I had one of those recently).
