thanks, i just signed up for this. $260 for a full year might be a little excessive, but i don't mind paying the $65 for this one

yeah, i noticed that when it was put in the screaming trees store. at first i thought it was just that one, but then noticed it was up to 15 at barret's page as well.
glad i got the early bird special.

apparently "the keeper" was produced by Alain Johannes. If Chris is back working with Alain again, I expect brilliance.

well, i know audioslave somehow got to 3 albums before giving up, but there were a complete fail as far as i am concerned. ditto with the timbaland colab. I'm not sure what cornell ever did to make himself want to turn in such a wrong direction, but he seems to be back with songs like this.
and the really scary part is that billie jean was neither a timbaland nor audioslave venture...

www.chriscornell.com/i just listened to Chris Cornell's new song "The Keeper." My first impression is that it's his best song since writing Seasons 20 years ago. What do the rest of yas think?

lol, i don't even know what label mark is on! i just went through the discography at onewhiskey though and counted 36 contributions to albums since Bubblegum was released on Beggar;s Banquet in 2004. I don't think that's his label anymore, but i doubt any of the 36 releases were on his label either. Correct me if I'm wrong though honestly, i don't think mark's new album will be released on barrett's label, but for the sake of argument, let's say if mark wanted to, he would release it on any label he wanted to.

awesome! i think 10 bucks is more than fair and it is also only 3 bucks for shipping to europe. and as the dollar really sucks right now... cannot wait. let's hope mark's new album gets released through barrett's site and NOT marklanegan.com
