There was a story on This American Life today about crying during movies on airplanes- and to wit, The Color Purple was on PBS tonight and the best bet for 'mindless tv while crocheting amigurumi strawberries" and I bawled my fucking eyes out. Its a horrible adaptation of the book, though.

The Super Bowl is today. I don't care at all about football, nor do I want to watch the game, but my friends are having a get-together to watch the game and they really want me to go. I'd just as soon stay at home and do nothing though.

I'd just as soon stay at home and do nothing though. Eh, I went to a Bowl party once, it was fun. And this is coming from someone who finds football excruciatingly dull. But the commercials are fun, and there was good food. Although it's possible I was just glad to have escaped my horrible dorm, where my roommate had friends over and were snorting oxy in the bathroom..... |

Heheheheh thanks you lot  Pulling a sickie is for loooosers! I went in there guns blazing so to speak. It was a stressfull day but at 4.35 we heard this guy had his sentence stretched to another 60 days (for now). Unfortunately dealing with this sort of thing is part of my jobdiscription. All in a days work for ninja's like us, no? |

Blowing stuff up is good... which brings me to the next bit: I come from a long line of twats. My dad is a twat, his dad was a twat and i am pretty sure his granddad was one, too. It is a family thing: my sister has 99,99% twat-DNA, my mum has 75%. In fact, i am the only one that has no twat-DNA whatsoever. I keep hoping i am not related to my family and they found me in some dustbin and felt they had to take me in  |
