Me thinks I need to buy this. If no one has heard the original...just get it, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'm not a huge fan of tribute LPs, but looking at the collection of guys covering this, I'm hooked.

Ha Ha "Voice weathered like medieval parchment" that is a corker! Well done Keith. Forgot about The Lilac Time though, seen them in the 80s, first and only time I've ever seen a lead singer perform live...erm how do I describe it, oh yes TRIPPINOFFHISFUCKINTITS! Hope everyone's ok!

I've lost the DVD but seem to remember the extras section included live versions of Autopilot, God is in the radio, Hanging Tree. I think Precious and Grace, Burn the Witch are also included, hope this helps!

Well wellwater, ironically I'm a senior in a home for people with learning disabilities. 24hr shifts with a "sleep" inbetween. I'd had a bit of a shitty day and don't tend to listen to many tunes, but had it on Spotify and reading the comments from you crazy kids.... Relaxed yeah relaxed, eyes closed, pitch black room, just put me in the zone(and in a much better mood)

It's 11.45pm, at work, tucked up in bed and having the first listen. I was just gonna list the stand outs but as the old sayin goes "all killer no filler". Exceptional soundscapes produced here to back up Mr Lanegan's vocal. I think his vocals on some tracks are reminiscent of early 90s stuff, along with hearing familier melodies/ chord structures throughout. Personally I thought BP was pretty good on 1st listen, this album tops that. Good night!
