Wow, I'm actually surprised things are selling out based on the locally, er, moderate turn out for the Soulsavers and second Gutter Twins show. Did the "An Evening With.." shows sell out in Europe?

Quite a lot of the "evening with..." shows did sell out, I seem to remember. The ones I went to were certainly busy.

Utrecht now sold out, The Effenaar in Eindhoven, according to their site, still has some left.

How different is that Tivoli venue from the one it was listed at before? I haven't gotten the 'official' word that it's been changed, but I asked. I assume it's bigger?

The venue hasn't changed but the Helling is part of Tivoli (but about 10 mins away from it). So basically the venue isn't called Helling, but Tivoli de Helling. We like to make things as complicated as possible.

Or you could bump into the band and ask which way they're going.

They probably wouldn't know themselves you'd all end up at the trainstation or something

We like to make things as complicated as possible. It must be complicated, because I changed the name to Tivoli de Helling on the site and people are still emailing me to tell me I'm wrong. Well hell - everyone seems to understand where it is, so what can you do? Sometimes you just can't do anything right, it seems!

Anyone who bought a ticket should be able to figure out where it is somehow.. I don't know what they think is wrong about that. De Helling is part of the Tivoli venue, it's just not in the same building.

Also, I don't think that second part makes very much sense. I'm screwed. Hopefully I do bump into the band. An impromtu show at the trainstation would be pretty cool if we can't find the right Tivoli. Please tell me there's only two of them.

Just so you foreigners don't end up going to the wrong venue: the Utrecht gig has been moved from "Tivoli de Helling" to "Tivoli Oudegracht". It's a bigger venue (which also means the show is no longer sold out now, so I was able to buy tickets) and within walking distance of the train station.

Shit, that's new to me! I should read better..
And Barriers, most of the stuff written on your ticket is advertisement for other gigs and stuffs.

no hurries of course. I'll just make sure I find the venue as soon as I get in the city. Both venues are close by each other anyway right?
