being doin extra shifts in another town which is an extra 15 miles in my car(one way) so therefore it was time for Death from Above 1979(You're a woman, I'm a Machine), I seen them at Lowlands Festival in 2005 easily in my top 5 best gigs ever.Don't with single tracks just play the album.

Nice choice with "Witch" silence, I hope you've got "lazy bones" album. Its just crazy someone was doing that kind of shit in Zambia. If you like that then you should give the early Can albums a bash, if you hav'nt already.

How about a written and produced piece of work by Mr Lanegan and Jack White, i've wondered about that for couple of weeks, so much so i thought it had already been done. I think Jack's unbelievable guitar quality, his voice and knowledge/styles in music would make for a truly wonderful album.

I think Late Night Final is my favourite album by Mr Hawley, "Can You Hear The Rain Love" is a master piece.

I'm just happy that its finally making its comeback, i've just built shelves for all of mine and until recently all of my collection(5000 LP/12"+ 2000 7") were in storage at my mates garage. I think it took me about 6/7 nights just to sought them all out. Not that was complaining i certainly got through vino that week!!

BIG AUDIO DYNAMITE DAY TODAY!!!!!! Whatched a couple of repeats of The Tube this morning from 1986 with BAD on, must have had them on tape, as i remember all the banter word for word. Medicine show 12inch, A Party, Stone Thames, Sudden Impact etc, etc, etc. Music sounds so much better on vinyl We should include a "What the fuck has been "on your record player"lately" sub topic.

Ive just watched a film called Telstar its about the crazy life of Joe Meek, he was an (early) 60s record producer who recorded in his 3 story apartment above a handbag shop. Having many many hits with different artistes at first,(he had turned down The Beatles, Bowie, Tom jones to name but a few) leading to desparation , problems with his sexuality and an amphetamine fuelled paranoia resulting in suicide. A fascinating film.
