Thanks, interview seemed brief/superficial, but we've probably all heard worse...I started the player a little early & found some nice new music on the show too! (freezeRoom & 2:54)

Yeah I had seen that, and the Bubblegum review it references, but nothing really "concrete"...thanks to everyone for their help though. I'm thinking the claim of "once beat the shit out of both the Gallgher brothers" is creative license on the reviewer's part. Not that Lanegan couldn't have done it if he'd wanted to, of course... Totally off topic, but scarfaceclaw, did you take your user name from Hairy Maclary from Donaldson's Dairy?! Guilty ;D And I'm aware the alleged fight with Oasis wasn't exactly on topic either, but I just liked the sound of it!

and another live review:...keep reading...even if you feel like punching the author nellybeeatch.livejournal.com/39931.html "& yes, he once beat the shit out of both the Gallagher brothers. For the latter reason alone, I contend, he deserves to have a place as more than a footnote in rock history." Anyone have any more info on this - all I can find is that he once had a disagreement (as opposed to "beating the shit out of") with Liam on the 96 Trees/Oasis tour?

Hey everyone, another long-time lurker, first-time poster here...just wanted to say that I'm also really looking forward to the Auckland Powerstation gig! Will be good to balance 2010's acoustic gig with a 'rockier' show this time around. Hope we get Crawlspace!
