I don't know why I didn't realize UA was GA Seated, I've been there before for seated shows. I'm sure I'll be there early anyway. There were two kinds of tickets available; GA standing, and GA seated. I assume you'll have to show your ticket a second time to get into the seated area?

I went with GA since the New York show is seated. I wish this tour was anytime but October though, although I'm not complaining I'm seeing my 4 favorite bands in just over a month. Who are the other 3 ? I've got a wonderful end of year too apart from Mark, I will see the Pixies TWICE ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

May have to go without eating for awhile for a few months... Any word on if this is an acoustic tour? On the official website it says the Euro tour is but has no mention of what the US tour is.

I would assume that the US shows are also acoustic by looking at the venues. The DC venue is pretty much strictly for laid back, acoustic-style performances--I've heard the same about the Philly venue. I'm not 100% sure though.
Saw a Chris Cornell solo acoustic show at the DC Synagogue a few years ago, it was pretty damn good. I'm hoping it's pretty much the same kind of acoustic tour that Mark did back in 2010 with Dave Rosser--a little acoustic guitar, a little electric, etc. and his vocals, that's it. Really hope they record/sell a few of these shows again, like Union Chapel.

I'm not sure how it's going to work, it's a small room, not 2 separate areas. I'm thinking there will be standing by the bar, in the back, and maybe on the sides of the stage. Maybe you'll get your hand stamped if you have a seat? I'm interested to see how it works out.

We seem to be lucky with Lanegan lately, though the Bubblegum cancellation at the North Star still stings. You definitely did see me. Now that you mention it, I think I saw you too. I suck at placing people. You should've said hello!

There was no time to say hello! I caught you out of the corner of my eye as you were heading toward the exit area. You were moving so fast! Well, everything was moving too fast, it was just a blur, if you catch my drift. Where did you see me?
I wasn't really too interested in the show. Caught a little of Dr. Dog, then I booed and walked out during the Lumineers. I just showed up to grab someones three day pass for the following day.
I wonder what random show I will see you at next!
Regarding the Philly show, by my count, there are at least 5 or 6 people from this board going. Impressive.

Ha, well if it makes you feel better, I always move fast! I was probably trying to meet my ride. I thought I saw you at Wiggins Park, were you there? Sunday was a crazy mess. As much as I love this town, I hate Camden.
I just don't get how Lumineers headlined. Oh well.
Let me know when you're gonna be at a show. I go to way too many, and usually solo.

What I want to know is what goodies he will have at the Merch table? I'm rolling to the Seattle show with a few hundred in cash to hopefully pick up some tasty vinyl treats!

I will see Nine Inch Nails this month, not really a fan but I love a few songs, unfortunately it will be partially in daylight as it's a festival... Sorry for the off topic.

I cannot wait for Lanegan in Portland though!! ![(rofl)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/rofl.png)

Yeah 70 minute sets are lame but they still kill it at least. I saw the last two dates and it's torture waiting through that crap but worth it.

Purchased my tix for Chicago. I was slow and missed out on the tables in the front though. It will not matter though. This place seems to be pretty intimate for a gig like this.

Solitude, how are you getting around the West coast? Anyone going from the PDX show to Seattle?
I wasn't happy to hear that Mark's SF show is at HSBF, cause I'd rather give him money$$ directly and not have to be surrounded by tons of people who may or may not be familiar and respectful to his work/performance. I was hoping for it to be at The Chapel!! Any clue as if its on Saturday or Sunday?

Solitude, how are you getting around the West coast? A dear friend who lives near Portland will be carting me around....still don't have plans solidified, but we are only going to the Portland show.

Anyone else going to the Chicago show a week from today? I think I am driving my wife nuts talking about it. I am very lucky to have seen Marks last three shows in Chicago previous to this one.

What's the merch like for this tour? I'm avoiding setlists until Philly so I haven't looked in the LA thread.
