Three questions now: 1) What do you think he was singing, before and after reading this post? 2) How many misheard lyrics do you think you will you find after reading "I am the Wolf"? 3) Are the lyrics gone from onewhiskey.com? Couldn't find them! Answers in reverse order: 3) I only had some of the official lyrics on the onewhiskey site, and they're still there on the ARCHIVE site. I didn't add them to the new site since I knew the book would be out and that would be more complete! The direct link to the discog, where the lyrics are, on the archive site is: onewhiskey.com/archive/discography.htm2) I am confident that I will find MANY lyrics I'm wrong about when the book comes out! I'm pretty sure the only reason Mark gave me the lyrics that he did do for the old site are because he couldn't believe how many I had messed up before that. 1) I always heard 'retarded' in that song, and given what the entire song is about, it seems to fit. Not many people on heroin are known for moving with lithe grace.

I know it's ridiculously early, but I can't wait for this show. Who's going and who wants to meet up before and have a bite or a drink or whatever makes you happy?

These appear to be the shows already announced for the fall/winter, but now they've added support acts. onewhiskey.com/tour/

The poster is the only place that shows 2 dates for Antwerp, right? I will try to find out...

I was told I'd have the official dates 'soon', and so far I don't. But often the venues want to announce them themselves, before anyone else gets them, so official lists have been going out later and later in order to let the venue have their big reveal.

I don't recall really seeing any merch other than the CDs and albums, and the occasional tour poster, for sale since Bubblegum. I remember tshirts then - I don't recall any for the newest albums but maybe I was just too worried about getting in line for signing to pay attention!

Copying this from the other section, as it seems to be needed again:
Just a quick note for those would-be members - READ the page you get when you sign up. It says you need to leave a message right there, or send an email to the main website to prove you are not a spammer. I have been getting a lot of sign-ups that look legit to me, but because I get no message from you, I don't approve you. After a month, I delete your request.
Sorry for this, but we had too much spam on the board. So if you're waiting and wondering why I don't approve you, please send me a message when you sign up, or an email from the same address you used to sign up! It is far easier and faster if you leave the message right there on your sign up screen, but email does work. Just please send me something, and something relevant (I can't tell if a random line about loving whiskey is a joke or just a spammer who doesn't know what the board is about! And yes, I had one of those recently).
Sorry everyone else for the interruption...

I can see it now too - sometimes where I work they block certain sites, and I was there when the image wasn't showing. At home it works!

The image isn't showing up - I really want to see the pick! I really want a pick, I hope all the merch makes it to the US.

Same here - I went to the show, hoping to see CDs there, but no luck. Then I saw that Twitter post, so I guess I am headed for download too!

Sounds like no CD, just vinyl or download. Someone asked Dave directly over Twitter and he said no CD.

Hi all,
I thought maybe it was time to have a section strictly for tour things! You will find it below this board.
There you can post your tour reviews, photos, and set lists. There you can find out who's going to which show, arrange meet-ups, get a ride, find or sell a ticket (for face value only, obviously, no scalping)
I thought we'd do this so that people who do NOT want to know set lists or other info in advance do not have to try to avoid spoilers in the other threads, so please limit those postings to this board.
I love reading your reviews and seeing your photos, so please do put them here. If there are enough contributions I will link this section directly from the main site. I used to post all this info directly on onewhiskey.com, but over the years I have noticed people prefer to use the forum to post their own experiences and receive feedback and hold discussions, so let's do it!
All the usual rules of decorum apply, of course. Please read the sticky there for more info, and have fun!

When you create a new show thread, if you could title it as year - day - month and then venue and city info, it will make it easier for everyone to find your posts in years to come. ALSO - if there is already a thread for your show, just join in and post your info in the same thread, again, so it will be easy to find later on.
So: no threads titled "Seattle show" Instead: 2017 - 24 - August - Seattle, Showbox (or Showbox, Seattle, whatever you like)
Thanks and have fun!

Yes, I would suspect it's all to do with publishing, and when the publisher decides or is able to release it.

Really still don't know what to say. So many of my friends that I met through a love of the Trees were also huge SG fans. I feel so bad for them, as well as his friends and family. Reminds me to appreciate what we have, and take opportunities while you can, because you never know if the chance will come again.

I really like Old Swan too. Every time I hear the way he sings the word "clean", it takes me straight back to the close of Field Songs, and hearing him sing the word "fix". Refrains from opposite ends of a spectrum.
As someone mentioned above, I didn't like Blue Blue Sea. But after more listens, I can't think why I didn't like it. Love this record.
