The Istanbul boot was vinyl only and limited to 300, so it might be a goner.

I guess by saying '...his only 2014 European date exclusively for Meltdown', they mean it's a solo show? Because there are three 'Band' shows the next month. Not that I'll see any of the shows, I'm just curious.

Yeah, he features on track six as well: "Constant Limbo (Constant Rain)" - Crippled Black Phoenix and Cypress Grove (feat. Mark Lanegan & Bertrand Cantat).

The site gets a couple of mentions in the sleevenotes for 'Bubblegum', too.

Mark mentioned to one of the forum members that one of these gigs would be recorded for a dvd release: Just met Mark in Stockholm Sweden and asked him about new live cds from this tour. He said that they already recorded Berlin for a CD release and they are gonna record the show in Iceland for a dvd.

If anyone going to any of the remaining dates can get me one of those, I'd be very grateful. Will pay with Paypal, or however you wish, thanks.

"I love Barcelona, I love the audiences here, I love the venues. This is the first time I've been to this one, it's a beautiful venue, and, uh... what can I say? I take every chance I get to come here. I come here on vacation, that's how much I like it, so... um, it's just one of my favourite places to be in and one of my favourite audiences to play for and, um... and the next time I come here to do a gig I will actually dance a jig"

I agree that some songs should be given a break, and others should be performed in their absence. Maybe when the anthology is released he'll mix things up a bit. But then again, do we think he'll tour again before the next MLB record is released? And what are the chances that the Iceland filming is for a proper release, as opposed to a tour-only release? Questions, questions.

Its my first time having a signing thing with an artist and man is it weird and awkward... what can you say that hasn't been said before>? Yeah, the two times I've actually met him I've said little more than, "Alright Mark, could you sign these for me? Cheers", and "Is it alright to get a picture taken with you?". Then in the days after I think of things I actually could have asked him. My current one is, "Did you ever consider bringing 'No Easy Action' out of retirement? It would sound amazing with the live strings". So if anyone fancies asking him that, do feel free haha.

Did he have a chuckle to himself at what your woman said to him during the second Sugar Club gig? Seemed like she said, "Love you Mark!" and he looked over at her, then looked away, when she followed up with (I think), "Still love you!", which seemed to make him laugh. I may be totally wrong. I wasn't expecting him to be quite so animated when he was sitting in that chair during Jeff's guitar shenanigans during Halo Of Ashes. Some guy shouted out 'look he's blushing' after the woman shouted out she loved him,it was nice to see him laugh. I also had a laugh with Mark after the show, my name is Irish and caused him some amusement!!!! Ah, thanks for the clarification, it was funny alright.

Aye, he signed a few cd's for me, real gent. He wouldn't sign the front cover of 'The Sand That Falls' because he didn't want to ruin the picture, so he signed the inside instead. Told me that it was his favourite album (of his).

I posted this in the preorder thread, might as well stick it in here an' all: Album previews available from the iTunes store, apparently. Free download of "I'm Not The Loving Kind", should you preorder it from there.
